I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get set up? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost
a pretty penny? I'm not very web smart so I'm not 100% sure. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Appreciate it

Love the post. "Fresh roasted" does not mean it is fresh by the time you receive it. All coffee beans were once fresh. My personal formula is: whole bean coffee + less than 7 days from roast date + ground right before brewing = the only thing that can be considered "fresh coffee." In a perfect world passion for the perfect cup leads and drives your process. When it comes to finding these roasters you either suffer through trial and error or rely on sources such as coffeereview.com for your quality joe.

I think a boutique coffee maker, has a much better chance in doing a finer job and creating a better brand. Something is getting lost when we’re trying to roast and brew coffee at mass production. that’s why McD might be delicious but it will never be gourmet. All expensive and great things come in small amounts…
