This makes me think of all the ways that coffee differs. There are so many things that contribute to how a certain blend of coffee tastes and smells. I do like the first comment that states that the greater appeal is the “atmospheric” commentary of the roaster and the “adventure” of doing everything that has been said in the article. It is very true. What goes into the interest of a cup seems to be more about the appearance of the cup. What the cup appears to be or what it appears to have gone through.

It may be that the processes employed should be the focus of the roaster, but far more likely to appeal to the average buyer is the “atmospheric” commentary of that roaster recounting the “adventure” of doing all you’ve said. It must also be added that side issues such as “fair trade” and narratives about the grower themselves adds human interest to the “cup” as well as the process. In short, the reader will benefit by these things, and the actual educational process also forwarded.
